L. Ellis lives in the Pacific Northwest with her two Mini Goldendoodles, Jagger and Bode. Together they enjoy exploring new places, learning new things, and trying new foods as much as they love relaxing at home and planning their next adventure.

Doodle Brothers Publishing was inspired by the two Mini Goldendoodle brothers, Jagger and Bode. These two very real pups each have distinctly unique personalities and gifts. Together, they alchemize even the most mundane into magic and spread happiness and love everywhere they go, leaving a trail of rainbows and sparkles in their wake.
Jagger and Bode Have a Field Day is the first in a series that follows these brothers on their adventures and friendships while sharing important life lessons and having fun and at times being silly along the way.
